The Sanyo capacitors located at CE24, CE28, and CE36 are known to be faulty; replace them with the capacitors (or equivalents) below.
Capacitor Replacement Notes
Due to the incorrect polarity markings you need to pay special attention when installing new capacitors to put them in matching the original orientations, not how the board is marked. Take plenty of photos before removing the originals as a guide and reminder to help with this.
