This is a circa 1987-1988 proprietary Hard Drive, manufactured by IBM Japan. Most often found in the IBM PS/2 Model 25 and 30.

"The PS/2 Model 25, 25-286, 30, and 30-286 used an 8-bit pseudo-IDE hard drive interface at 3:1 interleave. Both power and data I/O are provided to the drive through a single card-edge connector."[1]
