I am someone tired of not having a good text medium to share repair information. So I decided to start Caps Wiki as a solution to this problem. A central location where information about repairing devices can be cataloged and easily referenced by anyone.

Investigation Round 1I don't specifically need caps for this, parts were knocked loose but the video card may be bad.
Investigation Round 2Video card is not outputting sync signals. CRTC chip is but signal gets held up in SN74S374 . Chip may be bad. Output filter disconnected as part of troubleshooting.
