Looks good and I like how you've implemented the call syntax, however I just realized a mistake on my part, I used the wrong colour space when calculating the borders and background, I updated the template_talk:Warn page examples and the corrected values are:

Corrected sRGB Colours

Signal Word	Icons/Solids/Borders	Background (same H, 10% S, 100% B)
DANGER	#dd3333	#ffe5e5
WARNING	#ff5d00	#ffefe5
CAUTION	#ffcc33	#fff9e5
NOTE	#3366cc	#f8f9fa (no change, default wiki box background)
