As the device's RF Shielding is made with Cadmium, would it be worth adding a field to the info box or generally mentioning it somewhere? It's a small amount, sure, but I'd still rather not touch it unknowingly.

This principle should probably be applied to other devices if similar hazards are known.

Cadmium poisoning does not generally happen through surface skin contact. It requires ingestion or inhalation. So pretty much as long as you aren't licking it, you are probably fine. Cadmium coating for grounding purposes is still around in some use cases, so it isn't considered toxic enough to be banned for new devices.
