The Midland ML-190 is a set of computer speakers. My unit had one leaking capacitor and an open 0.22uF 50V capacitor (measured 0uF).

- Buzzing through speakers
Solutions
- Check ESR of all Electrolytic capacitors. Replace all Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors with audio grade capacitors. Full solution not yet found.
